still no contact, I was awarded a whopping .63 cents from paypal from the claim filed. I waited to do an offense report to make sure nothing happend. His mistake is that I am a Police Officer and I am going to file a report with the city I work for. I'll sign a warrant for him here in AL. We aren't going to extradite for a Misdemeanor warrant out of state, but he'll still have an outstanding warrant. Once I file an offense report I can legally get his info, if I did it before hand I'd be in trouble for using the info center for personal use. Once I get his info I'll fax a copy of the report to his local agency and make them aware of the situation at least.

i love it when people try to pull crap like this on me. especially in person. i whip out my police id and they feel stupid. someone has to stand up to these crooks

It doesn't make a whole lot of sense. He's been on the forum for quite a while, and if you are going to scam someone, why not make it for more than 238$ ? I tried to give him the benifit of the doubt.
