received a refund yesterday. Kind of funny, he sent me a sob email about how the wheels had been stolen right after he got my payment, yet when the deputy went by his house about 3 weeks ago the wheels were on his front porch and last week when he went by there was a sign in the front yard "wheels for sale" real smart.
