Its an apples and oranges comparison. The HPS is the clear choice. The HPS pads have been around for over 20 years and are probably used by more serious autocrossers than all brands combined. They are a "proven" workhorse for both street use and play.

They're a pretty low dusting pad, though I don't have a lot to compare to.
I've only had the stockers on, and now these.
There's definitely less brake dust than the stock pads.
I've got about 10,000 miles on them now, and wear seems comparable to the stock pads.

hey, if you are getting rotors as well, I highly recommend the Centric blanks. I paired them with those Hawks and the combo works really well. I second the hawks...low dust, great stopping. They were a lil squeeky till I got them broken in but no worries now.
