Reupping my 2001 ZXT. 178,000. worry free miles. Just replaced the timing belt ,alternator, all pulleys, water pump, accessory belt and idler pulley, seals. The belt looked fine, small distress cracks on the outside of the belt. I could get another 25,000 out of it. People that drive these cars normally will get 125,000 miles of life from an original FMC belt. Those naysayers are FOS.

You leased it last month and put 180,000 miles on her? Do you know the history of this unit? If it's a cherry and unmolested by wrenches, then congratulations, soldier. You've won the top prize!

Leased it in march. The dealership said they had leased it out once before. I don't know any thing else of the history. Few small dents in the body. only thing I have done to it sense I leased it is replaced a fog light bulb, the antenna base with chrome short antenna, and replaced a couple wheel studs. other than regular maintenance that is all I've done to it.

I bought my 2001 in 2005.
At time of purchase 60,092.
Current mileage is 140,652.
So I've added 80,560 in 8.5 years for an average of 9,477 per year.
