What times in 1/8th mile for stock SVT ZX5 Focus?

I think my car might have a K&N but that's it. What should it run in the 1/8th?
Also what are the best bolt on mods out there? I can't stand the low rpm bog from takeoff. I know someone said you can get a tune for that but I hate to spend $400 lol. I know it won't be superquick. I have another car for that. This is my daily driver just running around car. It's a blast to drive stock so I know a few mods should make it even more fun. Thanks in adavance for the tips.

1/8 time should be low 10s, could enter the 9s if you're a good driver and conditions are great.

Save your money for the tune, that's what will take care of the low-end bogging. Also look for a high-flow cat/off-road pipe and rear motor mount which will improve shift feel a lot.

hfc - 300
k&n drop in filter - 60
steeda rear motor mount - 100
remove the counterweight - 000
tune - 400

those would be the best mods to keep the car legal and daily driveable. no need to change the exhaust as it is a great set up stock.

i ran a 9.895 rather stock. i had a smaller then stock exhaust and just a rear motor mount. if you are a great driver i think you can totally pull 9.8 without a problem...good luck tho cuz its not easy.

couple quick pointers...launch from 4500rpms...powershift first...slam second...you should be good with that

Besthaticoulddo you have a good technique. i pulled a 9.90 @72 on a stock SVT. i launched at 4k, didnt bog down at all spun a little bit and started pickin up RPMS. i speed shifted 2nd and went into 3rd. i might of been able to pull a 9.8x if i held 2nd out as far it could go b4 i crossed the line
