there is only one of me. maybe you should quote this whole forum. i still say mss rocks! sure there is going to be a f-ckup here and there. but you can always call them and tell them to f-ck off and have them give you a refund. in any bisness there is going to be mistakes here and there. but if your looking to try to give mss a bad name and talk trash all over the forums about them, then have fun with that . they are a well known company here in the forums and in the states and if you havent noticed there isnt that many places still trying to bring performance parts to the focus's . im done with this one, you all have fun with it , im out.

im not. far from it. i've ordered from them before. never had a problem. loved my experience because i didnt have to call them. that was nice. it just came. on time as expected.

so im not trying to give them a bad name. but you guys need to understand where this cat is coming from. waiting weeks for a 300+ dollar part is hard. especially when you get no response and the run around. (just taking what he says at face value) i think that MSS just dropped the ball. doesnt mean imma stop dealing with them. ive had good experiences.

i still prefer CFM. everything i get from them is shipped the day after the order. takes 3-5 days. never lost a package. never had a shipping problem. when i wanted overnight. i got it the next day. ive ordered thousands from CFM and never had an issue.

I stick with CFM. They are more helpful than anyone. I found that Focus Sport is always on back order and Steeda is stuck up and over priced. For instance. I got pricing from Steeda for a part then got a price from CFM that was cheaper. I just ordered it from them. CFM had it drop shipped from Steeda. The guy from Steeda recognized my name and actually called me and talked crap cus I didnt order from them. Business manor was awesome. I'll never buy a Steeda product again. It just goes to show, being rubbed the wrong way screws things up. If I had something that was on backorder Id like to know. Not be jerked around. You shouldve cancelled your order and gone somewhere else.

Same here. Never had a problem. And to rectify something that I said before in this thread....Once somthing is setup as a drop ship from the manufacturer......it's the manufacturer's business to notify you of any delays.

Sure. BUT, if a person wants to sell a product or service or whatever, it is ALWAYS good to cater to the customers wants, needs, desire or whatever. You can be nice and courteous to your customers or you can show them that you only want TODAYS dollar from them, not tomorrows, by giving them the "who cares" attitude. Any company offering a product or service is making thier money from their customers, correct? Then your paycheck can easily become smaller by stonewalling your customers and making them not come back for more.

If the guy next door is giving your woman the attention she craves, then she will go next door. You can ignore here and leave her unsatisfied if you wish, but do not be surprised when she buys from a better retailer.

P.S. This post is in no way reflecting my experience with Massive. I am just pointing out how (and why) I disagree with Peregrines point of view.

I agree with your post above, but the problem is middle of the road where at least one of the businesses should be in contact with the customer and where their order stands. Keeping up on little things like that only builds a bigger customer base, so I don't understand why places slack in that department.

Anyhoo, I can't go on a bitch fest since I don't order from them, I just walk into their showroom and get my parts....

After I made my last post, I received my second FS strut brace from UPS that I had bought from Massive. When I went out to install it, I realized it was the wrong model (it was for the pre '04 models). I called Massive and they told me they would contact FS and get the right one sent immediately and give me a return label for this one. It wasnt Massives mistake and they are fixing it asap. They were very polite and understanding on the phone. That is good PR.
