Massive Has Treated Me Great! It Might Be That You Live In Canada. When I Order Stuff From Ca It Normaly Taks 2-3 Weeks.

Thanks to living in Illinois, everything I have ordered has arrived next day or the day after.

There was one time when they did not have an item, and had it drop-shipped from the manufacturer in CA. It only took 3 days...

There are some items that are notoriously on backorder, you may have gotten one of these.

interesting comment about the tracking number, IIRC they usually ship UPS or Priority... Did you call and ask for a tacking number?

You cannot blame Massive for the shipper's error. Keep your head and re-think the situation. If the shipper lost your mail, that has nothing to do with how Massive handled your purchase. I dont see why you would sever your relationship with Massive for something that is out of their control...

well for one they wont tell me were it is, dont answer emails promptly, and give me the run around. my last order they forgot to ship for a week and this was ordered a week after my header and i got it a week ago. so this is bs. i paid for it so they should be giving me info on it not just " i was told it was suppose to be there last week". well find out some f@#king info then and let your customers know when they email/call about it

In my experience, prompt email response complaints are usually responded to with "Just call us". Read into that however you want to.

The one shipping issue I did have with a set of spark plugs (left out of the box of other stuff on same invoice) was fixed not 5 minutes after I did "just call" them. I called at 3:55PM, and it made it out on the 4:00 mail truck and got to me the very next day.

I would expect them to give me more information about your shipping issue though... you do have a point there.

Also keep in mind they dont just do sales and email, they also have an influx of cars that are worked on every day of the week, often Saturdays as well... I'm no busness major, and I dont know the full story, but to me it seems like this may be a good time for their business to invest in an internet/sales technician. again take that with a grain of salt, just some random advice.

all it takes is a wrong discription or something...maybe even wrong paper work and your package will be in customs for a long ass time. OR it may be even the shipping companys fault cause they arent so bright and mess stuff up with customs. been there done that numerous times. I get a lot of stuff shipped from California to Ontario. plus they would might ship USPS due to the fact that theres no extra FEE for u when it goes thru customs...and usps doesn't have shipping #s.

well this is what i am told now "Hey Justin. I have no good news. I guess I was mistaken on this one. I have you confused with a Justin Smith In ohio. But ya, here is the scoop. The header is supposed to be a drop ship right from focus sport. Only problem Is I guess they are/were backordered. It will be another week before they ship. I can offer a full refund if you do not wish to wait." it sure would have been nice to have been told this a week ago
