Two questions; cruise control related

I have a 2009 SE 4 door, there is no fusebox inside, I guess it is the one in the engine compartment only.

Which fuse is for Cruise control?

Cruise is inoperative, check the usual suspects, didn't check under the airbag.

Any ideas what I could check next, after the fuse?

Yes. Unplug the connectors on brake and clutch. Then check continuity make/break as you push down on the pedals and let off again.

OK thank, I'll try that.

Any idea which fuse is the one for it? And also, the fuse panel is all under the hood, correct?

2008+ US Focus are drive by wire so everything talks to the PCM which then controls the throttle plate whether you are pressing the gas pedal or operating under cruise control.

Thanks, pcordes! Good to know which year they switched over...I know I read it somewhere before, but I couldn't remember.

So, to answer the OP's question, there would not be a specific fuse for cruise control.
