front plate mounting bracket, recommend me one

I need to mount a front plate on an 03 SVT, it currently has no place that I can see to mount the plate, at least there are no holes drilled in the bumper, etc.

What I am looking for is how to mount a front plate without drilling holes in the bumper and keeping the front bumper undamaged for when I don't have the plate on there.

thanks in advance.

uhh, i think the only way that i can think of right now would be to fasten it to the lower grile mesh. You could weld on some threaded bungs to the back side of the license plate. insert the bungs into the lower grill, get some screws to thread into it and a washer and tighten them up. If you did go this route make sure to measure the distance of the holes in the lower grile so you can get the right spacing you know.

ziptie it to the mash grille. thats the ony way to run that. or jsut stick it in the front window (this can look tacky.) can you get away with out running a front plate where you live?

I don't suggest placing the plate in the front window. Get into a wreck and you may get hurt by the flying plate.
Bring the car to a machinist and have them take a look. They could probably whip up a custom plate holder that affixes to the underside of the bumper, out of view, that bends around to the front of the car. Check eBay, i know of at least 2 people who make them for the '05 - '08 Mustangs.

I have a plate in my skull.

Try lots of double sided tape if you don't want to drill holes and install plastic screw anchors. Maybe even industrial strength velcro- I'd expect either of these to fall off during the summer though.

Wait! MIGHTY PUTTY!!!! Billy Mays says it works on anything and will tow tractor trailers- YEAH! I always believe what Billy tells me.

Pep Boys sells a bracket that mounts to the bumper, and then you can mount the plate to that.

well, I attempted to mount a plate to my front bumper with zip ties, but, it seems the plate is taller than the front mesh, any recommendation on placement and or a way to get the bottom zip ties attached. When I tried it the top was zip tied fine but the bottom I had no place to attach to, besides that it was 10 degrees outside and the zip ties broke when I tried to tighten them. Stupid Laws.

alright come on share the secrets of this plate connection setup. how does one effectively securely attach a front plate without damaging the bumper.

my best idea was zip ties and double sided tape/padding behind the plate to prevent the plate from scratching anything, but my cheapo zip ties broke in the cold weather. =/ !!
