02 SVT focus problems

Basically my car has been a lemon lately. I bought the car a little over two years ago and right after I bought it, the clutch went out which they would not cover under there silent Techinical service bulletin. They said since my car had the extended warranty and not the "real original warranty" it was not covered.

I drove to work about 2 weeks ago in the morning, car drove fine. Went to drive it home after work 10 hours later and guess what wouldnt turn. Took it to the mechanic and he told me to take it to the dealer. I took it here ot royal oak ford and they have told me I needed new spark plug wires, spark plugs, a new upper and lower intake, a bunch of new wiring and it needed to be drained and the compiter flashed. Wel $2,000 later I got it back today, went to drive it away and guess what the check engine light was on. I took it right back and they said now its needs some new kind of valve. They want even more money out of me when in the first place they kept adding stuff they said I needed. I never messed with my car under the hood and it ran like a champ for two years. I have no idea but I know they obviously broke half the stuff they said I needed. Has anyone else had any problems because I am about to go to channel 2 news with the problem solvers to finally end this crap. Any one else have any ideas?

I think you just got raped by a un-ethical dealer. None of what you had done could have possibly needed to be done. Ask for ALL of your old parts back. If they can't produce them complain to the State of Michigan Bureau of Automotive Regulations. They will get ALL of your money back.

I'm telling you, they screwed you. According to State of Mich regulations they HAVE to produce all parts replaced during the course of repairs. STATE LAW!!!! If they can't you don't have to pay!!!! If they say they don't have them anymore, too bad, you don't have to pay!!!! Contact the State office, they WILL be on your side, not the dealers. $2000 is a load of crap! They didn't need to do most of what they did, the boss just needed a few bucks to make that payment on his fancy boat this month and guess what, you paid it!

have you seen a "lower manifold"??

There's nothing on it to break unless you take a hammer to it.... its a one piece plastic manifold (talking about the lower half).... I know of NO ONE that has braoken one... I regularly run 20psi through mine without any issues.
