Yea of course. Its a 24K 24M warranty. The dealer is giving me a hard time with the P0420. Im bringing her to the shop I regulary visit. He will probably hook me up without a wait time of a week. The dealer said they were unwilling to give me a loaner and that they would need the car for up to a week to order the parts. Basically a run around. I work about 40 miles away and need the car since I work nights. So my plan is to bring it in to the shop Wednesday and see if they take the warranty I have. It's Whyns so they should. I'll be putting in a BBB report on the dealer as well as NYS for giving me a car with an inspection more than 30 days old. The inspection was from March. I called them out on that and they said it was 90 days while it clearly states on the NYS DMV website it must be 30 days or less.

It's funny when I asked him about a loaner he said that there was an enterprise across the street that I could get a rent a car. Why should I pay a single penny for it when they let the car go off the lot knowing it had a CEL on that they probably just erased? It's my first time buying a car from a dealer so I know they took advantage of me. I guess I will learn the hard way.

Ford does not provide loaners.

the dealer could have tried to help tho.

hello everybody! thanks for the awesome page for all of us newbies. i drive a pitch black 2003 ZX5 SVT. i love all the amazing info on here. i have only been on here for a day and i have learned more than i would have imagined about anything i want to know.

I created a thread introducing myself, but I ought to make a post here.

I just discovered the site through surfing, as I really like the Ford Focus and I was looking for an owners site in which I could learn more technical info about it. I do not currently own a Focus, though I hope to buy one in the near future once I get some money saved up. Currently I drive a 1998 Dodge Caravan.

Hey all.
Preparing for my trip in the morning to pick up my first SVT. It's a silver 2004 3-door that I found in IL. Trading my Ranger Edge on it...even up.
Hope to be able to post a picture real soon (as if you haven't seen one like mine). Anyway, real excited to finally own one, that is, in case something goes wrong with the deal.

Personally, I'm 41 y/o and drive a plethora of old Fords, including a '66 Mustang, '64 F100 short and wide, 2005 H-D RoadKing and soon a 2004 Focus SVT 3-door, moonroof delete :(
