Hey guys my name is Camaron

Found this site while searching yahoo for "focus leaking antifreeze".

I am a car nut with too many toys. Let me start at the top.

1> 2004 Black SVT Focus 3DR...car is stock as stock can be..im the second owner of the car...car has decent low mileage around 54,000....have the SVT certificate also (Car #1965 of 1978). Love the car... I love to torment the local ricers. My best friend has a nice JDM equipped 95 Civic B16A w/ some HI COMP pistons. Night I got the SVT we had to race and Im glad to say I won.

2> 2004 Dodge Red and Silver 3500 with Cummins HO Diesel. Truck is a single track 4wd model with a offroad package and 4.10 gears. This is my main daily driver due to my poor road conditions (love south ga). It currently has 109000 give a few miles. Excellent fuel mileage also for such a large truck.

3> 1989 Mustang White GT - Car is fairly new to my car stable. It has a mildly built 331 n/a engine. Systemax Intake - Edelbrock Performer Heads P/P w/ 2.02 and 1.60 valves- 1.6 Rollers - SX & Aeromotive Fuel System - Aeromotive Fuel Rails -24lb Inj - C&L 76MM w/ 24lb tube - BBK/Edelbrock 75mm TB - BBK long tube headers - Fluidyne radiator - MSD Coil and 6AL - Offroad H-Pipe w/ 2 chamber Flowmasters - 3.55 gears - Tremec World Class (Getting Replaced by a TKO600) - Ford Racing Clutch (Getting replaced with a CTF Dual Friction unit) - Xtreme Energy Cam 5.25L 2.86 D - Cervini 4" cowl hood

4> 1989 Cherokee Limited 4dr, 4.5" Rough Country Lift (full system no aal), 31"X10.50" BFG A/T's, RC Adj. Trac Bar, RC Stainless Extened Break Lines, RC D30 and D35 diff guards, Melling high volume oil pump.

Gots me a Focus

Hello every one, new to this forum, but been around performance for a while.

So I got this 08/04 ZX-5 Focus for my mother on D plan back when her Audi A6 took a dump. This poor little car has been well abused, and to be honest that is why we got rid of the A6. It was too expensive to keep fixing. She loved her Focus, and it treated her well. Extremely reliable, more so than the A6, good on fuel, and fully loaded. The poor car has been in the body shop 6 times now, varying from minor bumps, to having the front bumper ripped off. Never any frame damage though! Well my mother lost her license due to age and Alzheimer's about 4 weeks ago. So now this little gem is my wife's car. It has always been a good car, and the color is unique. The car did get vandalized before my mom lost her license, those pics are in another thread, in the picture section.

Now I have been working on cars all my life, since I was 10. First car was a 1962 Triumph TR4 SCCA race car. I have had various muscle cars, sports cars, motorcycles, and boats. And every time I get mod fever with them, I have had 4 Miatas now, and every one of them was modded differently. So I got this Focus, and thought this is going to be my wife's car, not gonna touch it. That didn't last. Especially since I started replacing parts that my mom had broke, fog light, center console, couple trim pieces. So today the tint shop picked up the car and it is going dark. The car has 85k on it, and the struts are worn, so I am thinking a set of KYB AGX shocks with Eibach either 2" or 1.5" drop springs. Been also looking at the Steeda cold air intake for the little 2.0 Duratec, because I want a filter in it, not this strange BS Ford has in there. I will most likely leave the car alone after that, it is an automatic, sooooo there is a limit there LOL. And besides I have my turbo Miata if I want to really burn up the streets. :)

I hope to get lots of info on this forum for my little Focus.
