New owner of a 2012 Ford Focus SE 5door Hatch in Oxford white. This car has the sport package, winter package and the convenience package. I put on splash guards and door edge gaurd trim in black. Next up is window tint. I would like to put a tasteful chrome tip on the exhaust and maybe a sunroof wind shield. Not going to do any mods to this car. At most a K/N air filter when the time comes. This car is solid. Interior is very good quality. Ford did the right thing bringing this car over from Europe. Sure it may cost a bit more but the quality/fit/finish looks and feels worth it. Nicely done Ford.

Hi All,
Well I just joined the group a couple of days go and will be picking up my new Sterling Metallic Gray, 2012 Titanium hatchback, tomorrow. Gotta admit that I can't wait to get it!!

It has the following options: Charcoal leather heated seats, 401A equipment group, Winter package, moonroof and 17" alloy mach/painted wheels. The dealer is adding wheel lock nuts, rear bumper protector, splashguards all the way around and the cargo area protector.

With the dark gray color, I'm hoping that the painted wheels (which I actually didn't ask for) won't make the car look too subdued. I guess that either way, I'll have to get use to it!!

I'll post some pics when I get it.

What up Focus Fans!

I drive an 07 Screaming Yellow ZX3 and im pretty sure everyone can agree with me that the Focus is fun as hell to drive! It is a 2.0L engine and i assume it is a Duratec, i have seen in other websites that there is too much discussion and impoliteness regarding the engine models and its specifics, (i need help with specifics in regards to the engine upgrades).

I like to brag that it is a manual transmission, two tone leather, sport appearance pkg and etc.

I've had the car a little over a year and I already have too many plans for it.

For starters I would like to know where to get the OEM SVT style side skirts since the dealerships do not sell them i guess. (the sport appearance pkg i mentioned doesnt have side skirts at all, so it kinda kills the mood you know?)

I know I will have plenty of fun in the garage when I install a suspension kit, but, which is better? H&R? Eibach? I know the Saleen Focus sports an Eibach kit and it is really really awesome drive.

In time I will install a turbo kit but I have read in many websites including FF that a stock Duratec engine can only handle a good 8 - 11 PSI. So what are the precautions when installing a turbo? Im pretty sure theres thousands, im a diy type of guy but I have never done turbo work on a car.

Anyhow, I have probably too many questions to post in here.. Im a big fan of the dynamic world of the Focus the moment I saw mine in the dealership lot, and really excited to be here.

Hello my name is Justin and I have a Glossy Red 2002 ZX5 Ford Focus Hatchback. The engine is a ZTec 2.0. The engine got swapped before I bought it. It got swapped with a Honda Civic(2002). It had 97,000 original miles on it. I am possibly in the near future going to get a white paint and put a turbocharge in it.
