Lose the Bosch plugs, and your problem will most likely go away.
If you look through this thread there's a few others that tried the Bosch plugs, and had pretty much the same result as you.

Do most of you guys that use the Autolite 104's get the copper or platinum ones? Also how often should these be changed?

Coppers should be checked at every oil change, but can usually last 20-30k miles if the heat range is correct. Platinums probably last about twice as long.

None of us use the Autolite 104's...this is the SVT Performance Chat area...
We have the Zetec engine, not the Duratec.

Do you guys think this set-up would be fine for my svt massive MSX 90 wires (In orange) and the copper plugs. Has anyone used the massive 90 wires?

I can see this thread is a couple of years old, so I don't know if any one will see this.
I have a stock 2002 zx3, and I'm going to do my own tun-ups.
I would like to put the best plugs and wires in it without dropping a lot of unnecessary money.
In trying to get some info off the web I came across a "fact sheet" by magnecore.
Do I really need to spend that kind of money to get good wires, or will a set of ngk's or the like do me?
Also, should I get motorcraft copper plugs, or are those best suited for the racing and performance cars only?
Any info would be a great help.

There's nothing wrong with running a copper plug in a Focus be it "high performance" or an every day non-modded driver.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both... the coppers carry better spark but the plats last longer.... the plats cost more but you should replace the copper more often.

Personally I run the coppers and have for a few years without any bad side effects.
