well what the website says all makes sense, but i would like to find out if anyone has used them for themselves?
or am i gonna have to be a pioneer on this one?

E3's are junk.... ive worked at Advance Auto for a lil over two years and havent sold not one of them things.... i have looked at them though and the three electrode deal on the top honestly feels like its made out of plastic, how are you supposed to have current going through plastic????.... and on most of them ive looked at they all have rough edges and corners on the arms and diamond part they are claiming is so awesome.... looks just like a cheaply made version of a bosch +4 to me, and i wouldnt even run those in any of my cars.... my reccomendations would be autolite Iridiums or motorcraft copper....

Any low resistance wire will do just fine.... FRPP, Taylors, Steeda and so on.

You have to remember with the SRT4 you're dealing with boost and spark blowout... which you generally dont have on stock SVT's.
