Ok, I've been thru this thread and found a couple of different sets of wires to use, I have about 31k on my 03 svt and I feel that changing the wires might help with the fuel efficiency. So which would wires would you suggest? I see that a few in here like the Ford Racing 9mm, is there a specific part number for these? Also, is it going to make that much of a difference if I go from stock plugs to the copper? FYI my SVT is stock. If I find that there is a greater tendency to go with aftermarket wires, there would be nothing wrong with me using the old wires with the new plugs till I get the wires delivered, right? Thanks in advance!

there is nothing wrong with using the old wires til you get new ones
IMO the Taylor Thundervolts are the best i have experienced. i previously had the Ford Racing wires. after 40k, they developed a pinhole in the #2 boot. this cause a bad miss. but others have had better luck.
if you want performance over maintenance, get the coppers.
if you dont want to change the plugs for a long time, get platinums.

NA means Naturally Aspirated (or Normally Aspirated sometimes; same thing).

I would go with the Taylors, too... they have a great build quality. Even if your car isn't missing, it may still smooth out your idle with a larger gap.

^^^That's cause Taylor basically makes them to order.
For some reason, they don't want to keep fOCUS wires in their inventory.
(I called Taylor directly and talked to them about this)
Course, now that they've become more popular, I have no idea why they don't make more sets.
