Swapping the SOHC with the DOHC

Here is the situation, I run in a stock 4 cylinder class at a local dirt track. My car is 2001 Focus SE, standard transmission and it has the SOHC in it. Is it possible to put in the DOHC motor in this car. The rules state that I cant run a ztec motor, I may be wrong but I think the only non ztec DOHC motors are in the 2006 line up. If this will work I know I would have to change the computer, what else would have to be changed?

You can find the Duratec 2.0 in 2004-2008 models, and I believe a few 2003's. You will need EVERYTHING including the transmission (different bellhousing), intake manifold, exhaust manifold, computer, throttle cables, etc etc etc........
