i know, they said "well, do you think it's totaled... i was like uhhhh, yeah." but they still insisted on having him come out.

just got off the phone with him, tommrrow were going on a 3-way call with someone else and were gonna do the settlements and everything. hopefully i can at least get enough for a new focus, thats half decent.
