Hi Ya"ll

Been mounting tires for 25 years, stretch n poke was an idea that became fashion and went WAAAAYYYY to far... And no its not safe... However, if some common sense is exercised...Like actually keeping an eye on tire pressure,

whats gonna kill people is some stretch an poke vw clown, running 15 psi ( cause he or she doesn't check) on a slammed car, trying to take an exit ramp as if his car actually handles well....you can imagine the rest.

But its okay, they will blame it on the tire or rim...Then some guy at a tire shop will be sued out of existance because it was his fault for mounting the thing...Thats why the tire OEMs are running from that one, and I would too
