but seriously try being me at work and having to call gateway or dell or someone to find something simple out... Had to call gateway about 4 times the other day to find out the key combo to get in the recovery partition on the new gateway MD series laptops... they said I had to call the customer and have them call gateway when there is no customer... then I asked for a supervisor and they said that they didn't have one. I hate tech support people!
