I am Pissed!!!!! The towing company that towed Jenny's car, Peer's Towing, LOST her car!!! They released it to the wrong insurance company last thursday. Evidently, there was another claim on another neon and they released the wrong one. Our insurance is trying to find the car and the towing company is saying that it's not their responsibility to find it, that once it's left the lot it's out of their hands!!! We've tried calling several times and they haven't answered!!!

Can I sue them for that? I feel it is their responsibility cause they released the wrong car, therefore it's on them to find it and correct the mistake.

It may not be there responsibility to find it but I would sure thing if they released it to the wrong company, they must not have checked the paper work and I would think they would be libel for that. I would talk directly to your insurance agent and maybe any legal advice you can get on base

uh to the guy who wants to put an autopower bar in his sedan totally doable, it is a bitch to get it into the sedan at first I think I had to take the front passenger seat out to fit the main hoop in, the backseats must be out and maybe the drivers seat as well. after that I had to take a cut off saw to the feet and weld new feet on that mount to the rear wheels arch frame member, the ZX3 Mounts almost work and are a bases for a good jig.

GRRRR no go karts for me! I argued with the woman. She said I didn't care about the safety of my unborn child if I wanted to drive/ride one!! I didn't get loud or anything I simply pointed out that its not much different than riding a motorcycle and that women years ago could do WAY more pregnant, being pregnant doesn't make me effin disabled!!! I hate people. well not all of them just some

yeah but they do have a point since you are using there private property and in the litigious society we live in they can not afford to take a risk.
