Question Power steering issue?

Whenever I go hard around a corner the steering makes a light buzzing sound and there is a slight vibration in the wheel...

Have you checked the power steering fluid level?

could be a wheel bearing also... does it only do it on slight turns? you can jack up the car and take the wheel and move it back and forth and see if there is any play in the wheel.. there should be very little play in it

probably not a wheel bearing, here is some better detail

let's say i'm at a dead stop and from there i step on it into a 90 degree turn, it will start to make the sound then and then after that i can stop and turn on the wheel it will make the sound but only when i turn the wheel, then it will go away after about a minute

You might not want to, but I suggest you whip that puppy into the dealer, particularly since you're probably still under warranty. A slight "hydraulic" sound is normal when you move the steering wheel off centre, but the vibration isn't right. There is also a SB # 07113 pertaining to leaking fluid and noise from the power steering on the '06s. You don't apparently have a leak, but with the noise/vibration issue, I would mention the SB to the dealer. The basic warranty should cover the repairs anyway.

^yup yup yup my 07 at 14k had my power steering replaced cuz it was bad and oil was black, maybe check the oil and see if its bad? and now 1 k miles later im starting to get a SLIGHT whine again, so im knda wondering if the 06 07 design is flawed...cuz 1k miles is pretty shitty....
