All dash lights going out. Help!

I have a 2004 SVT zx5 4 door. When I turn the head lights on after 1-2 minutes all the dash lights (infront of wheel and center dash) go out. The only two lights that stay on in the dash are the odometer and radio. If you turn them back off and on they stay back on for a minute and than go back out.

I have had the same problem for some time now with my 2000 ZX3. Did you ever solve the problem?
