My RR power window is bad~
Well, today, my right rear power window is die... Is fxxk in a way that the window will not hold up, it will slide down as if the belt or gear holding it is broken off....
How hard is it to take my door apart to try and fix it myself?? Anyone experience this before? I call a window shop today and it sound way too expensive for me....

Take the inner door panel off
(chilton repair manual actually covers this) You'll find the window mechanism is broken, and the cable will be tangled. It's possible to remove the assembly, and fix with tie-wraps and wire (if you're lucky), otherwise you'll need to replace the mechansim.
