You'd either have to custom mount the diffuser in your Euro rear bumper (I don't think it would work, honestly) or get the SVT bumper cover and catback plus US-spec rebar and crash pad and US tails so you wouldn't lose your reverse lights in addition to rewiring the tail lights to combine the blinker/tail/brake lights (which may not be legal over there...) And the SVT bumper cover is like a diving platform compared to the Euro bumper...

You might be able to just do a center-exit exhaust and shape your existing bumper around it, but you wouldn't have the honeycomb diffuser if that's the look you're going for.

The Ford Racing part numbers are as follows (from the 2008 FRPP catalog):
M-5200-ZXC: Center-exit Borla catback for 2.0 Zetec/SVT
M-17835-F1: Center-exit rear diffuser for SVT/SAP rear bumper
M-17835-F: SVT rear bumper cover (I believe the FRPP part has been discontinued, however its still possible to order this part as an OEM replacement from a US/Canadian Ford dealer.)

And you'd also need:
US-spec rear bumper rebar (steel piece that bolts onto frame)
US-spec rear SVT bumper crash pad (foam piece between bumper cover and rebar)
US-spec tail lights (unless you can figure some other way to retain your existing reverse & rear fog lamps.)

You could PM b16sir1991 on here (works at a dealership and sells parts at employee rates), or I wouldn't be surprised if you could find someone on here willing to do a straight swap (after shipping) for your rear bumper, they're pretty popular over here. Shipping will be steep...I think its around $250 USD (~170 Euro) to have a bumper shipped here from Germany via DHL, should be about the same going the other way.
