engine tranny ecu swap
ok i dont want to here everyone tell me to sell my car and get a manual if i had a rear end damaged 2.0 5spd zetec focus at my disposel how hard would the swap from a atx to an mtx would it be i plan on swaping the whol engine tranny ecu and wire harness how possable would it be this is not just a tranny swap im talking the whol shebang ant real help would be great thanks rick

You don't need to swap the wiring harness...or the ECU really..just more work for yourself.
Swapping the tranny should be pretty straightforward....only tough parts are the wiring...which isn't too hard you just need to splice the OSS to the VSS so your speedo works, and flash the ecu for the manual or you'll get a host of CEL's for missing sensors from the ATX. |

i have some engine problems that i cant seam to get fixed so i was gonna do the whole thing pluss i allready have the engine light on from my 4-1 long tude hedder
