Our first new 2008 Focus arrived today...

Vista Blue SE auto sedan.Looks pretty nice in person,couldn't really get a chance to wring it out too much,it hadn't been PDI'd when I was there and still had plastic over the wheels.Seemed nice and solid during the little 2 mile cruise I drove it on,will drive one more "spirited" soon and report back...

as stock the car isnt that great but once it is lowered and gets rims and various other exterior parts it'll probably look better...well anyways don't want to be mean or anything but congrats

Either that, or where's the rest of it? It looks extememly unfinished.

And, you're right...that orange peel shows up pretty bad in the exhaust tip pic.

First thing I noticed when I got in...I love the wheel on my SES,probably one of the nicest features of the interior...hugely bummed this SE got the flat,crappy vinyl wheel.

im kinda confused by the orange peel comment, anyone help me understand that?

another thing, fromt he mspr pic of the focus and there website, how does the focus gain 4 hp, lose like 60 pounds and lose 4mpg on the highway?????

interior is ok i guess i want to see it black and a nicer wheel but o well, ill see what ours has come monday when i go to test drive it

Orange peel would be the ripples in the paint. A good color sanding can get rid of it, but it really shouldn't be that bad from the factory.
