1) Will adding a rear swaybar move me out of h-stock? Or can I use SVT bars for #1 and stay in H-stock? I think my base model doesnt have one and I would like to help rotate the sucka some :)

2) Will SVT foci springs work on the 07? If so, can I use them and stay in the h-stock class?

Thanks!
1) The stock classes only allow substitution of the front sway bar. A rear bar can only be added if it was an available option for your model/year Focus. You can not use the SVT rear bar and stay in H-stock.

2) Unless it was an option or part of an option package available for your model/year Focus, you can not change out springs and stay in H-Stock.

you could actually use the svt dampers the st's had em so you could go that route and add a sway bar and still be in h-stock

on the subject of staying in hs class, cai and sri, do those knock you out of hs? i may attempt to run hs this year to learn my car a bit better but if a cai knocks you out then that sucks and may as well go into sts class with a lot of upgrades

good to know info on the any option available for the vehicle part mentioned above...

I assume that any sort of engine mod would kick me out of HS - although I would if an air filter like K&N would, hmmm!

05+ has a no servicable air filter so adding one would do nothing and wouldnt see any gains, i need to reread the rules to see if sri or cai kicks you out of hs

Also, if I upgraded to rear discs from SES or ST, would that bump me out? I hate working on drum brakes!

^^ Yes, this would bump you from stock unless you added all the components/parts that make up either the SES or ST trim package. If rear disk brakes were not available for the base model, you can't add them and stay in stock unless you also add all the other parts that effectively turn your base model into an SES or ST model.
