Been running Tom's tune for a little over a year now, have not had it die out on me once since the tune.

It doesn't do it on Tom's tune for a while, but it will come back. It did on mine.

I had this problem for 9 month now and finally it's GONE! It was getting worse every month...

CFM throttle body and Steeda CAI (noisy shit).
4 Days no stalls, before multiple stalls on every day.

The IACV needs some love just like the MAF. My Dad's Escape had a idle issue. Removed it, Took some throttle body cleaner to its internal piston/shaft, And the notchiness is gone! Cleared it right up.

Its sometimes the simple things, That are a pain in the butt.

12 pages of text, TLDR. what i want to know is, has anyone solved this with a new fuel pump? i'm having this problem (same as OP) and before toms tune i was getting CEL's telling me i need to replace the fuel pump. after toms tune, not nearly as many CEL's but i still get them once in a while to change the fuel pump. i think that is the next thing i am going to do to try and solve this. it feels like a lack of fuel delivery.

just wondering

**also, does anyone know if the high flow fuel pump offered for a 2004 SVT on CFM is worth getting as opposed to stock? should i get that one over stock? or is stock fuel pump good enough? i think i'm going to buy stock because its cheaper.
