OK, decided to do my own work, digging in either tomorrow, and def doing the timing belt on Friday, I found all the parts locally and in stock after some research seems that the timing belt kit is the same for all 2.0 Zetec dual overhead cam engines and advance has it in stock, but says that it does not work for the SVT....

My question is what is the clearance between the catalytic converter and the engine? I have bottomed out some and have been told that my headers are bent, I want to get them bent back locally, and don't want to overshoot/make the bolting back together a nightmare. Could someone measure this clearance? Please.

Holy back from the dead!

Replaced my coil pack and spark plugs today in my work parking lot. "Yay." 3rd set of spark plugs. First complete coil pack replacement. Already did the pigtail fix. 171,1## miles.

Also put in my third clutch master cylinder yesterday. Holy car is killing me this week.

I have an 04 5 door svt and it only has 35,500 miles on it. But now that my communite is 66 miles a day its going to climb fast. Good to see these cars last.

'02 with 123ish.

A while back, I had a transmission output speed sensor circuit malfunction hit and when that happened, my gauges were all acting weird when they wanted to work and my odometer stopped a few times so I would imagine it to be closer to 124K.

I'm at like 121k .. It's been sitting in my backyard for about 3 months (blame Michigan winters) due to inclimate weather, and it needs some work. I got a bad rear wheel bearing, and just ordered a FRPP kit. Gonna replace the suspension, do control arms bushings etc. It runs like a champ! Once this is fixed I expect to see little problems. Just common things, I still need to do alternator and hoses.. But that's about it :D

Same here. Gotta love the heat shield rattle.

97k on body. About 25k on fresh engine.

im at like 76,000. got to replace the clutch and IMRC and she will be like new after a month of fixing everything the guy i bought it from broke on the inside..
