I am at 74k on my 03 and have had no major problems as of yet. Still need to fix my suspension after hitting a pot hole the size of a small canyon in the dark but shit happens, right?

Ugh, thats the worst, aint it?!?!

You see it at the last possible second, and there's nothing you can do to avoid it. Ever catch yourself lifting your feet off the pedals/floor, gritting your teeth and saying to yourself "this is gonna hurt"????



Back on topic... I rolled 103,000 miles on the 03 the other day. No major problems so far, just some minor ones here and there (ie sway bar end links, leaky t-stat housing, etc). Knock on wood!

im only at 55K miles..I hit a patch of about 2500 Miles where I had to replace a bunch of stuff, 2 O2 sensors, sway bar bushings, end links ..but ive been driving it for a good while with no problems at all...*knocks on wood*

-Serviced by McNews:
Timing belt
Idler pulley
Tensioner
Water pump
Installed New Spec Stage 2 clutch
Installed friction plate on my existing 12 lb Al flywheel
Replace Serpentine belt
Replace Serpentine pulley

-My Cat was shot, installed a new RT high flow I got from McNews (Ray changed my bolts when he pulled the cat off to do the clutch job, so I had it easy)

-The cat killed the O2 sensors so I am limping around with O2 sensors unplugged till new ones arrive end of this week. The old sensors were reading slow and drifting, it made it crazy rich and massive power loss, like dropping from 65 to 10 mph on the highway type of power loss. I suspect the slower response combined with fast falling rpms from 12 lb flywheel really confused the crap out of the ECU.

-Will be fixing or replacing the IMRC this weekend

-Calling Tom tomorrow on getting set up with his tune once IMRC is fixed/replaced.

-replace stock SVT suspension to go on when it gets warm out.

And that should hopefully keep me happy for another 3 years In 3 years I'll be in a better financial position to think about buying a new Focus SVT mk II based on the 2012 Focus, I am betting a 2014 MY release

I'm about to hit 88K on my 03 but I only bought it with 84k

No real issues. The suspension has sagged a little but I have all new stuff in my basement waiting to go on. Plus new brake rotors, pads, brake fluid, spark plugs, wires, RP Synchromax and a fuel filter

I just rolled 120k this past week. NO problems what so ever. I am going to do my timing belt soon though.

hit 100k this weekend on the way to austin for a wedding. got it with 63k.. had some electrical problems in the first year. last 8 months have been smooth riding
