i think they are predominently the same kit, the bolt in has plates on the bottom to bolt up to the car. the weld in does not. check with them to make sure.

dang I want a cage.

has anyone with a weld in cage noticed adverse under/oversteer develop? i am sure it would affect handling. what other suspension and weight savings mods do you have with your cages?

i know this thread is 2 months old, but just found it.
i got a 4-point roll bar setup from autopower. however, its bolted not welded. id loved to get it welded based on some horror stories ive heard.
between that, my front and rear strut bars, and the beefy steeda RSB, this car is solid as a rock. i have pics but not on this comp. i could take some more to show you??? lemmy know...

Yeah, post up some pics. I'm not in the market for a roll cage, but I may be in the future.

Definitely interested in pics/install info - thanks!

I'll be ordering an autopower bar next month - from what I can tell it squeezes the back supports between the seat and the trim panel - is this correct?

i like tha t but have one question. wil that fit in a car with a sunroof? i have been searching for a cage so i can get some proper seats. and a harness for track duty. after ficuring out a way to kill the seat mider thing...permanently (i dont want it to come back after pulling the battery, like i do alot)

a bit off topic but how are you likeing tha bazooka tube? it looks rather nice in there..
