$80 for a lip that probably doesnt weigh more then 2 pounds and wouldnt be noticeable by anyone but other focus drivers isnt worth it imo. it looks ok but there just isnt enough there

I would have to think your line of thinking is not at all uncommon. I am not unlike the many of us who would rather have a larger lip and/or body kit. I though, came to the realization that I just wasn't going to spend a large amount of money on one. We all dream of getting a body kit, but how many of us actually do. I decided to pursue the dream of a truely affordable/functional front end upgrade for folks who are interested in an upgrade, just not on the cost scale and size of an aftermarket lip. In some respects, the owners who added SVT valences are in this group. Having a larger lip would cost more money. I certainly could have and still can have a larger lip produced. However, the cost for me to do so for such a small production run will be to high. I will take some better pictures, and maybe this will help.
Btw...weight was also a large consideration, as a heavy piece would hurt performance. IMO, weighing 2 lbs is a huge +.
