Mine is also a DD.
I was fortunate that my wife (teacher) wasn't working the 2nd half of the summer so I was able to use her car. :)

damn quite the build ya had, thats sweet you did it all yourself, im def givin ya nomination for rotm next month for all the hard work you put in, and the numbers arent bad, cant wait to see what it is at 9 psi

did u buy the bent pipe already bent or did u bend it and weld each little piece to make the curves u needed?

HOLY SHIT!!! I just read this thread after posting my own on what I need to do the turbo install and I honestly think I should leave it to the pros! I am in WAYYY over my head to even attemped such a thing.

In the dyno vid over the engine I heard some spark knock.... I hope he took some timing out and fixed that for you.

You're right about the spark knock and yes timing was pulled.
I think that was my very first pull.

I bought all my piping (exhaust and charge) in mandrel bend pieces and cut them as necessary.
