Wrench light came on - HELP

While driving to work this morning my "wrench" light came on and I dont have an owners manual. I looked at the online manual - not much info. Need some help please. Thanks!

Wrench light is the tranny light in this generation.
I got it once after my automatic did a rough shift once in an awkward turning acceleration thing. I turned off the car started it back up it went away and no other problems from there

He (in the video) suggests that you use a "scan tool" (OBD-II I'd assume).
AutoZone will check those 'check engine lights' codes for free.

I've no idea what would trigger it, but it sounds like lots of things can:
Low tire pressure, throttle body sticking, relay, transmission (apparently: See above), etc.

All I can suggest is to get the codes read from AutoZone for free. Just walk up to the front counter, and say something like:
"Could you please check the 'check engine light' codes on my vehicle?" And they'll walk out to your vehicle and check 'em for free.

They (AutoZone employee) should explain the code number in English.
You should know what to do from there.
