My focus is fixed! :)

I couldn't find my previous thread and so I just decided to start a new one... About 2 weeks ago I bought a 2000 Focus ZTS and it was almost brand new looking inside and out. I bought it for $2400 and it has 149,000 miles on it. But still runs like brand new.... now. It had some rattling and loud noise from the front right end and the engine would occassionally stall. I thought the stalling was from the voltage regulator going bad, but all the autostores and even the mechanic I took it to said the that it was all fine, but he said the motor mount needed to be replaced so he replaced it and he said he had to reseat the battery cables in order to do that but it fixed the noise and rattling and it hasn't stalled at all and I've driven it now again for 3 days so I guess reseating the battery cables might have been all that it needed. But it's fixed and I can once again drive my new baby!! :) I love my Focus!

Nice job there dude.

I remembered my Motor mounts are bad, but they made this grinding metal to metal rubbing when accelerate. I wanted all of them replaced, now the compartment is quiet.
