eibach pro kit strut and damper question

ok so i got my pro kit wed. and when i cut the banding off the rear dampers nothing happened, and when i press down on the struts or dampers only 1 goes up... Thus i decided they are dead... the kit was rusted, and showed signs of a previous install... so i called and tirerack overnighted me a new set of struts and dampers... now all but 1 are good... the front drivers side goes up, but it takes about 2 min to raise all the way up... and the other 3 take about 30 seconds to go from compressed to raised...

my question is, is that still bad? they offered to send me the sport kit, but i dont know how that will work being a more extreme drop when i want the 17 inch euro eap rims.... and the RS body kit...

will there be issues if i get the sport kit? or should i stick with the pro and make them send me ANOTHER kit? please help... i was supposed to have these installed by this AM but i couldnt and had to cancel my alignment... im well past annoyed right now...

please help

I'd explain the problem to them once again. Personally I prefer the pro system and its worth waiting for. The sports are a love it or hate it proposition. They're too low and result in compromises I don't care for in a street driven car. The spring rates range from very soft to very firm. The range of rates is too great for my taste. The pros offer good lowering, handling and firmness that is not objectionable. My wife loves driving the car.... when we let her.

I dunno, I dont think youd be happy with sportlines, you do a lot of daily-driver-esque stuff. Id call eibach at this point and ask for just another strut.
