hrmm
i say that the s2000 would smoke ya... it had to have been being babied, ive driven an s2000 (once), but riden passanger alot and it is a very fast car and handles incredable.

I stopped reading this thread at page 2 b/c I'm lazy, so this has possibly already been said: Auto crossing and Track racing is all about drivers. There is a guy here in a Saturn and he beats open wheel Lotus' and miatas. It's all in the driver. S2000s are light, RWD, high revving, and have beautiful gearboxes. Z4s are quick, but heavier, and poor visibility. If the best driver in the world drove each car, then we could determine the real outcomes, but it's all in the driver. You drive well. These guys don't. Simple as that.

s2000s are quik in a drag compared to a focus, i know from experience, i think id be ok w/ one on a roll though

either they weren't pushing it or they weren't good drivers. the s2000 can smoke the SVT on both straightways and curves even stock, modded that's another story. the Z4 well I've never seen one of those perform before but I assume it can handle and maybe accelerate better than the SVT.
