If you travel NC 24 on a regular basis west of Jacksonville, there is an UNMARKED Chevy Impala Brown in color. . I mean usually you can see unmarked cars by their lack of certain stuff (like wheel covers or being able to see the lights) but this car looks like a civie model straight off the lot. Watch out for it, all it seems to do is hunt down speeders I already know a few people that have gotten a ticket by it.

man Jacksonville cops are getting dirty. so deceitful, in newyork you can't do that crap anymore :/ also in california you can't hide behind bridges and stuff, but this place is so ridiculous :( luckily I travel in from Hubert :)

I've seen them like cockroaches over off the by-pass. I work nights sun through thrus. do I have all day friday off. Right after everyone got out of work we were working our way back home getting on the by-pass. I counted 8 Jacksonville PD cars each with 2 cars pulled over. Revenue generation at it's best.

Also the unmarked impala could be an Onslow County deputy but back home the Sheriff's Department isn't really concerned with revenune gene............I mean traffic enforcement. They leave that up to the State Cops and the city guys. This area of the county could be way diffrent though. Maybe the Sheriff's Department likes to generate rev.............I mean enforce traffic laws also.

Yeah ur town is not the only one that have cop trouble.. there's a lot of crazy city cops parked along the shoulder lines of I-40 in the Winston Salem area.. they already pulled over several cars (including tuned cars).. boy, they are really trying to take down speeders.. lol.

strider watch out for the new unmarked highway patrol chargers. they just got a carolina blue and a burgandy one. the sheriff's office just bought 4 silver ones that are going to be unmarked also. and the wspd have LADAR

if ever goin through High Point watch out for a charger cop as well.... i had a run in with him and couldnt even tell cuz it looks like a stock V6 charger then on came the lights
and Archdale has a couple of new impala ss unmarkeds so they are getting pretty tricky

the thing about the chargers around winston is that they're tinting the windows way beyond legal limit to hide the LED's in the windows so you dont see them till they're on. also the sheriff department's unmarked chargers only have one antenna

crap.. yeah i have seen several of them around Winston area.. especially on I 40, however they pulled over one RX-8.. crap. cops are really going above the law... (especially with these tinting windows)

Also, if u go through Greensboro.. watch out for Cops on motorcycles.. I got pulled over by that one yesterday.. pssh.
