I have one myself, and I did the install myself. (With some help on the rear springs from tiresmoker...thanks man!) The kit is overall pretty nice for an inexpensive lowering/handling improvement. Mostly should be used for a daily driver because the springs are not very stiff. If you just want something to lower your ride a little bit, and stiffen up the suspension for ripping up the back streets, then I would definitely recommend this kit.

If you're looking for an application for racing, then buy a coilover kit. PM me if you decide on this one and need any advice on the install. Gotta do for someone else what another has done for me.

Sport springs are great but would not recommend them for your daily driver. They will have a very stiff feel and every dump you go over your going to feel it. The Sport springs though will lower your car alot more then the pro-kit. The Sports do 2inch in the front and 2.5inch in the rear. The pro-kit only dose 1inch front and 1.5inch in the rear.

If its a daily driver suggest not going with the sport springs and instead get their pro-kit because it will be a much more nice ride. I have the Pro-Kit on my 07 and they are great.

One thing to mention is get them installed at a shop if you have never done an install of springs before. 1. If you dont have the tools (coil compressor and impact wrench) 2. These things can knock you out when removing them. I am not jocking someone had their face broken when they did not decompress the spring correctly. I did mine with a friend who works on cars all the time and he also had the correct tools.
