opinions NEEDED!! MAKE UP MY MIND!!

ok, here is my problem..... i finally have some money and have ordered many parts. one is KW springs. that being said, i have about $220 left and was just about to order the FS front lip... then i thought i would search on here and read about it a little more. well my car is a daily driver and i've seen some people say not to get a fiberglass lip for a daily driver, and since i'm about to drop the car a little i wanted opinions. should i go for it or get the mach 1 lip and use the money left on something else? i have read there is a little modification needed to mount on the 05 bumper. how much mod is needed to fit the mach1 to the 05? what is used to best securely mount it? i really want opinions from those on FF!! such a grat site and so much info, good people too. so help me make up my mind!!! THANKS

The mach1 lip has holes pre-drilled so you would drill holes under your bumper and mount it with nuts/bolts, then cut off the extra on each side since its a bit longer. The lip is made of a rubber-like material so it isn't hard to cut.

anyone know how much these things usually run? man... i really want the FS lip, but thinking about the fact that it's a daily driver and i'm dropin it, i don't wanna have the thing for a week and crack it. not that i'm a bad driver, but i just don't know.....

I chose mach 1 also, Dont have it but am going to get it for my 02! Looks sleek and clean enough but still keeps an almost stalk look. About cracking it? all i can say is stay away from curbs when parking and you should be good. with myine lowered i still clear curbs with stock bumper.

well, i'm trying to buy one used right now, but if the guy doesn't reply by tomorrow i'll contact these guys to see about ordering one. i really love the FS lip, but i think i'm gonna settle for the mach 1. it should look really nice and smooth on my car.
