Does Ford Read Our Posts?

Does anyone know if Ford monitors this site to see what consumers are saying about their Ford Focus'? I'd really like to hear from a Ford representative or other posters who have been contacted by Ford. I am a huge Ford enthusiast. Additionally, I blog about Ford on my blog, http://www.conceptsmarketing.blogspot.com. I'd really like to know if Ford uses this site to find out how Focus enthusiasts feel about their products. Word-of-mouth is a powerful way to get the word out about Ford. My wife and I often encourage our friends and family to consider Ford over other car manufacturers.

I'm opening the door inviting Ford to reach out to Focus enthusiasts to find out what we think.

Ford - Ask Questions. Employess or third parties assisting Ford with its marketing strategies and market research should use this thread as a way to find out what Focus enthusiasts think out it.
Focus Fanatics - Give answers. Let Ford know what it should do to create better products and enhance the car buying experience.

Ford doesnt care about us all they care about are fleet vehicles

The new focus is nasty so unless their is a big change in my car i am taking my business to subie with their AWD hatch

Also the really cant come to grips that people want nice compacts that are fuel efficent

Idk thats something I wonder myself, but I do know a guy who is one of the heads of the focus division at ford racing in Livonia, MI who checks out this site and fj on occasion.

if they did monitor the site, they would have taken some suggestions by now. Ford doesnt care about anything except for that tank of a mustang and thier now-ugly-a$$ trucks.

they haven't gotten it through there thick skull that maybe it would be smart to see what the people buying there cars think. rather they go to stupid polls that have nothing to do with what people actualy like and dislike about there cars. i would say that there is no one from ford that looks a our post and if there is it is probably just a curious employee not some one important.

if ford read this site and every other one then the new focus wouldnt be so ugly, and id prolly have another one in a few years but they dont so i'll be ridin' in a new volvo C30 in 2 years time

I already see some interesting discussion. It appears that several of you question the design of the Focus. This seems like very useful information that Ford should know about. Does anyone have an e-mail for Ford's corporate office? We can let them know that this is a site worth looking at.

You got to be realistic, They care about sales figures, and each car is aimed at specific part of the market, the Focus is a cheap econo vehicle for people who really don't care what kind of car they have as long as it meets a few basic criteria such as fuel efficiency, decent comfort, reliability and price (they just want an a-b car), The enthusiasts that buy Focus' make up a very small percentage of the sales figures for the Focus so in short, Ford doesn't really care appealing to what we (as enthusiasts) want because we won't flux sales enough for them to care. Ford figures if you are looking for performance you'll get a Mustang.

I can't confirm completely but we do get internet traffic from Ford as well as tons of people with a @ford.com email addresses on the forum.
