Question Just double checking.

Although I would love to do wheels and tires at the same time i just dont have the money. I was looking to get the Falken 615's on a 17" rim. If its possible I want to forgo the 17's and get the same tire for the stock 15X6 rim. The only size they offer the tire in for a 15" rim is 205/50. Here is the link to the tire size spec chart. The main questions are:

1) will they fit the stock rim?
2) is it a good idea to put them on the stock rims (ie: little too wide for stock)

the car is lowered on KYB AGX Dampners and H&R race springs.

Thanks for the help,
Sarif2029

I always run 205/50-15 tires on OEM rims. Works great.

I just put BF Goodrich G-Force sports on mine 205/55/15, work well. About the same diameter so the speedometer stays true. If you go with the 205/50/15 the speedometer will be off about 4.7% (60 mph actually 62.9 mph and 859.1 revolutions per mile vs. 901.6 revolutions per mile at the wheel.)
