Can I ask what kind of quarter miles people are putting down with this same engine swap project? Also any idea as to 0-60 times and such?

I don't think it'd be a whole lot more than a SVTF...realistically, the SVTC V6 doesn't make a whole lot more power, at least while N/A. I think its something like 200 HP/TQ at the crank, so its around 180 at the wheels. It'd be interesting to see how it'd do with a twin-turbo setup though...

That 30+ horsepower and 50+ torque boost coupled with relatively the same weight should be enough to make the SVTC-Focus an SVTF slayer, wouldn't u think?

A stock SVT, yes. Against a SVTF with a JRSC, no. That's what I was getting at...the gains don't really justify the cost and work level from a performance standpoint. I still think its an intersting project, but if you're after speed it'd make more sense to just turbo or supercharge your Zetec/Duratec. Obviously in his case, he had to get a new engine anyways, so why not?
