when you guys mount it can you please make it like a howto?

and are you using the radiator from the contour too?
and it'll have a contour ecu too i assume right?
is there anything you have to do to the fuel system to get it to work with the motor?

lol nice logo man. Seems like everything is coming along slowly but surely. I bet this thing is gonna feel so nice on the road when it's all said and done! Lighter, more powerful, better displacement, more cylindars and WAY more torque..who could want more?!

You should have the heads P&P while they are off. It would be easier than doing later on.

yes, when it's done i will post it up how-to style.

we will be using the focus radiator. the fuel line has to be extended, which we'll do, and if i have problems with it running lean, i'll throw an in-line fuel pump on. and im not going to P&P the head, money's tight and i can't wait for even more stuff cause i want to be able to drive again.

and yes, it will be a nice difference in weight and power. expect a dyno and a curb weight when she's done.

if anyone wants to contribute to my cause, they can always send me a small donation via paypal. PM me for my email so you can send it.
thought id put that out there.

What about a return line for the fuel? If I remember correctly the contour was a return style fuel injection and the focus was a returnless style

good what about fuel pump are you going to be able to keep up with the stock focus pump?? If not you should see if the contour pump will fit or get a BAP (boost a pump). Here is a link I'm sure there is a phone number on it some where but they have done the V6 swap with the contour and tarus v6's they can do it all. http://www.focussalvage.com/focussalvageupdate2_001.htm
