Exactly what happened to my friend. Though he was in the clear after getting water in the motor and bam there so goes.

Possible water draining into the oil and being being pumped into the engine? I knew we probably should-a changed the oil :/

Nah it probably wouldn't have helped. When my friend got water in his he changed the oil 2-3 times and it was running great so he though he dodged a bullet. Then a week or 2 later he had a hole in his block.

the sympathy is much appreciated, and it was sticking like glue. gotta love those eibach sportlines.
im trying to convince my mom to let me do the V6, in which case i'll need to assemble a dream team of guys to work on it with me. and i'll need a place to work on it, my garage sucks balls. so if anyone out there has any info or is in the area and doesn't mind their garage taken over by a focus undergoing surgery, lemme kno.

she shall live on!

i went up to Tuffy's and grabbed my valve cover.
and so in commemoration i took a picture with me sitting in the spot where she stays when shes at home.



anywho, when my mom gets home in a few minutes, we're gonna have a great discussion in depth about my options. of course, im gonna push for the V6 the whole way.

Looks like this 2.5 will become a reality! We just found a garage to use, a mechanic who will work for gas money and a few beers, a transmission already, and we've sent emails out for SVT Contour engines, and been doing some searching around for info.
