Need Pix of Manual 05+ mirrors

I need pictures of 05+ manual mirrors, the interior. I am looking to see if the power mirror and the manual mirror plastic is the same for the driver side and if the passenger side is a mirror image of the driver side for the manual..

Get what I mean.?.? I have a plan and am itching to find out if i can do it. I have power mirrors and i cant find a focus with manual mirrors. (wierd seeing how ford shorts its cars I figure I could find one with manual mirrors rahter easy)

Do dealers even carry focus with manual mirrors? Did not see any at my Sheey dealership when I bought my car last month. They had about 20 cars to non with manual mirrors.

I dont know were the manual part that contol the mirror would fit because the hole the power mirros use to the outside are down below the acutal mirror.

As requested! This is off my '05 S model Farkus. And the passenger side is the reverse of the drivers side.

OUT STANDING!!!!! Looks as if my guess was right. Seems that the Manual and Electric windows for the driver side use the same plastic housing, and the passenger im sure is a mirror image.

Seeing how you were so kind to share your pictures with me I will do the same, mark this and comeback in a week or 2 when my parts get here for the final outcome. hehe

Thats a first I have seen. Never seen a pic of manual mirrors on a focus yet.

Anyway yep for what the pic looks once you remove that plastic peice on the back side on if you should be able to just pop out the piece.

Just out of interest........what's going on with your power mirrors that makes you want to revert to manual mirrors?

Converting the mirrors to run with the lil joystick on each side instead of the ugly lil knob thing for both ?

awwwww screw it, i was never good at holding back.

As I said, I have electric mirrors. i wanted to know if the Manual ones had the same plastic interior housing as the driver side and the mirror image on the pass. side.

Seems I was right and they do. Sooooo, my mirror adjustment is now located on my window switch plate all stock looking, and the driver side has a hole, waiting for the passenger side to get here so i can install my tweeters there. hehe, pre-made holes in good locations! OUT FREAKING STANDING! hehe. any how I will put pictures up when im done. I still need to send the parts off to the body shop for paint that might take a few weeks if not a month or so. (lots of parts going, and more pictures of that to come too.)
