Jeremy has false advertising :P

I bought that cluster w/tach from him for an 00-04 focus for my 03 focus, guess what? doesn't fit my focus. took 3 months and tons of emails to figure out he couldn't get me one but after 125 bucks and wasted time I wasn't about to send it back for a refund because who knows if I'd ever get it?

That's why I'm going through Mike now, HE's reliable that's for damn sure :)

Enix,. I told you to send it back for a credit and never did........I had no problem with getting you a refund, but you can't expect me to credit you without having the part back????

I've had problems with other people on here before and never called them out on the forums until the moderators had to get involved, but I usually got it resolved that way. Jeremy has treated many of us very well and he has been on here for a long time so if communication is an issue contact one of the moderators and they can usually help you get into contact with someone. I don't really think there's a need to call someone out unless you go through all the proper ways JMO.

Oh and thanks for the SVT spindles I bought off you last year

let's think about the company's name for a moment. "Focus" which means a vested interest in the Ford Focus, and keyword people. "SALVAGE"! As in... Jerm's needs to hunt the part down. As in, it may take a while. Also, notice that he's had some fine answers to the "issues" folks have posted, YET no one seems to answer afterward? Notice? Notice?! I love it! Muuhahahah! from information from both sides and what i have seen inthis thread
If people choose a period of months before complaining, changing their stories, etc. they do not need to have a thread kept open.
From pm's and other info i've recieved from both sides this has become more of a buyer issue than a seller due to poor communication and not doing things in a timely manner on their part.
of those ive pm'd and asked to keep me up on whats going on, guess who was the only one to do this? thats right, Jeremy.
seems the others didn't feel they needed to resolve the issue other than to whine about the same thing over and over and not keep me up on whats happening on their end

Thanks Jeremy for resolving the issues and keeping me up on what the issues were and what you did to resolve them. I had absolutely no problem with communications between us.

me too! I am still waiting on the part from him as well.. I havent heard NOTHING from him so far.. Wonder what's the hell up
