Catback: Shopping

I have been shopping (as in 'guy shopping') for a Catback exhaust system for my 2007 ZX5 and not finding what I want.
Here are my requirements.
It must retain the 2nd catalytic converter. Either Stock or a replacment 'high-flow'.
It must not be greatly louder at highway speeds than the stock system inside the car (~3K rpm. A 'conversation killer' sound level would get me nothing but grief).
Here are my preferences.
High Quality >>
A full stainless steel system is very desirable.
It should bolt up to the flex pipe flange. If retaining the stock 2nd catalytic converter, it must be weldable, or include the stainless steel pipe clamps (about 3" long) and include necessary expanders if required.
Low Quailty >>
It must be of low cost as to provide for 5 year replacement cycle.
It should be weldable and include necessary expanders if required.

2.25" is sufficient. Vehicle will never get a turbo!
I have looked at 'Focus Sport' and 'Magnaflow', neither of which appears to offer or provision for the 2nd catalytic converter. I am very leery of the local muffler shops here (They can weld, but they never seem to get the 'fit' correct).

Any help?
Thanks

if you go custom make sure you use 2.5 inch tubing due to the crush bend pipe.

Custom..Bleah! Oh well, not allergic to getting dirty. Anyone have knowledge of this company >> Metal'Cat <<. Here is a link. http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...012669/c-10101
Looking for a source for 2 bolt flanged reducers (expander is this case I guess). Anyone know what size the header flange is on a 2007? I would guess 2.5 inches but I have not measured. If I can fit these parts I would think that I could then get just about any system and make it work. Or am I badly mistaken?
Thanks

MBRP you can attach after the stock second cat.

Trubendz you can buy with a cat already in the system.

MBRP is stainless from the start, Trubendz is optional.

MBRP is just cheaper if you are going to hook up after the second cat. ~$250 for a stainless system.

2.5 will work, but I'm rather certain the stock flange after the manicat is 2.25ish.
