Did it have HID's stock, or did you just buy some bulbs for the projectors? If it's the latter, how well does the projector focus the light?

Aside from the eBay HID's, has anyone used anything from Xenon Link? A little bit more money, but still.

I am looking into it. Might need a friend or three to help me with installing it since I don't know a damned thing about HID kits. Either way, if and when I am able to order one, I'll ask as many questions as I need to here about installing it =)

While on the topic of HID's, what do the H#/#K mean? I know they have something to do with either the lighting and/or amount of energy used for the light, but I need it in layman's terms =D

H# is the size of the bulb.

#K is the temperature of the discharge.

okay. I have an '05 ZX3 and I'm ready to try this mod out. the only problem is that I don't know which "H" size to order from that ebay link.

could someone clue me in on which size bulb I would need?

Yellow, you can't do this mod. Theres no projector headlights that fit the 05 because of the new front end. You'll either have to get a custom retrofit or do the svt front end conversion. Either way, it'll be expensive.

This is seriously the coolest thread I've read in a while. Thanks man!!! I thought I was gonna have to pay for the Machs but ah no more. I like the twin halo design better anyways and theyre already black, and cheap!
